We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of new developments in the UK. This role involves managing the entire construction cycle to ensure timely completion and adherence to high standards. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel and adhering to relevant legislation.
- Trades Coordination: Coordinating and managing the work of various trades to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Site Presentation: Maintaining a high-quality site presentation, including cleanliness and organization.
- Cost Control: Managing project costs to ensure they are within budget.
Successful applicants will hold a black or white CSCS card and ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management. Previous experience in building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation is required. Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation and being a qualified First Aider at Work are essential.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of site staff to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Managing site resources, including materials and equipment.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A black or white CSCS card.
- Qualification to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management.
