CNC Turning Machine Programmer/Setter/Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Turning Machine Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team at We Are Workforce Ltd. As a key member of our precision machining team, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating fixed head machines to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programming and setting of CNC turning machines to produce precision components
  • Interpretation of drawings and 3D digital files to ensure accurate production
  • Produce prototypes and small production runs to meet customer requirements
  • Carry out inspection of work using CMMs and gauges to verify product quality
  • Training and development of other team members in programming and setting machines
  • Relevant engineering qualification and time-served experience in a precision machining company
  • Competency in Fanuc controls and programming, with strong understanding of Fanuc programs
  • Experience working with a wide range of materials, including Inconel, titanium, mild steels, and more
