Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement R&D strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research projects and initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance on portfolio shape and mix, including portfolio growth and size.
- Assess and refine the R&D strategy in specific product areas.
- Ensure that endorsed recommendations transition effectively to implementation.
- Experience in a dedicated strategy role, either in-house or in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Previous experience of analytical work, including data manipulation, hypothesis testing, and assumption challenging.
- Strong understanding of the biopharma industry and R&D landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
