Linsco is currently seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee a new residential building project.

This role requires immediate availability for a temporary position lasting several months, with payment strictly through PAYE or Umbrella PAYE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: You will be responsible for the daily management of the construction site, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and meet the project’s timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Scaffolding Management: Your role will include supervising the setup, inspection, and upkeep of scaffolding structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Health and Safety Enforcement: You will implement and monitor health and safety protocols on-site, conducting regular audits and ensuring that all personnel adhere to safety guidelines.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations align with current health and safety legislation.
  • First Aid Certification: Be prepared to provide immediate assistance in case of on-site emergencies.
  • SMSTS Certification: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of site safety management.
  • CSCS Card: A Black CSCS card is preferred, although a Gold card may also be acceptable.
  • Asbestos Awareness: Knowledge of asbestos risks and management practices is essential.

Preferred Experience:

  • Roofing and Scaffolding Expertise: A solid background in roofing and scaffolding is crucial, with a proven history of managing similar projects effectively.
