Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design and develop new technologies and processes to meet safety requirements and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance product quality.
- Technology Development: Develop and implement new technologies and processes to ensure best practices are adopted throughout the organization.
- Project Delivery: Deliver projects within budget, scope, and safety requirements.
- Manufacturing Technology: Design, develop, and industrialize new and existing manufacturing technologies from various stages of the TRL scale.
- NPD Introduction: Introduce new products to the factory and optimize the process.
- Safety Culture: Promote a safety-first culture based on human relations and develop individuals through effective coaching.
- Qualifications: Degree-level qualification in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong 3-D CAD (SolidWorks), 2-D (AutoCAD) experience, and proficiency in statistical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience: Proven Process Engineering/Manufacturing experience, with a strong track record of delivering engineering projects.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and reporting skills to all organizational levels.
- Problem-Solving: Experience of data-driven problem-solving and process risk and hazard assessment tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Kaizen.
