**Your Role**

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front of House staff member to join our team at The Chequers, a picturesque pub in Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take ownership of the customer journey, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Take accurate orders and work closely with our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and beverages.
  • Ensure that payments and receipts are accurate and efficient.
  • Confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings to our guests.
  • Observe service standards and report any incidents or issues to management.
  • Be a supportive and proactive team member, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience working front of house in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beverages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • A result-driven and ambitious individual, keen to develop your career and grow with our company.
