Key Responsibilities- Assist the Shop Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop, including managing stock, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Take full responsibility for the shop's performance while the Shop Manager is away, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Contribute to the development of the shop's visual merchandising and display standards, ensuring that the store looks appealing and inviting to customers.
