About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Academy Assistant Manager to join our team at Jones Bootmaker. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the development of our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals.
  • Assist in prioritizing and organizing store activity to maximize sales.
  • Lead your team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine, honest, and knowledgeable advice on our products.
  • Be self-aware, questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.
