Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Skylead Recruitment in Leeds. This role involves designing, analyzing, and coordinating structural engineering projects to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, liaise with clients, and manage project delivery from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze structures using software like TEDDS, Tekla Structural Designer, and more.
  • Coordinate delivery of structural, drainage, and highways elements.
  • Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
  • Conduct site visits and attend design meetings.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.
Requirements
  • Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant post-graduate experience.
  • Working towards Chartered or Incorporated status.
  • Proficiency in structural design software.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Valid driving license.
