Project Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Project Structural Engineer to join a successful Multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in the UK. As a Project Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading one of the busiest structural teams, producing detailed designs for various projects, including industrial, commercial, retail, residential, and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with a team of technicians and engineers to deliver civil and structural engineering projects
  • Assist Revit and CAD technicians to ensure designs meet required standards
  • Coordinate the delivery of drainage, structures, and highways elements of projects
  • Participate in internal and project design meetings

Requirements:

  • MEng in Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartership
  • Knowledge of technical software such as Tekla, Tedds, Fastrack Portal Frame, CADS Wall Panel, P Frame
