About the RoleAs a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support to clients in their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders. You will also support clients with meal planning and preparation, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.

- Support clients with meal planning and preparation
- Carry out light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities as required
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or well-being to the Office Team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial for this role
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Willing to go through security checks required for the role
- £13 per hour between 09:00am - 06:00pm, £14 per hour outside of these hours, double rates on Bank Holidays
