Care and Support Professional

FitzRoy are seeking a dedicated Care and Support Professional to join our supported living service in Hampshire. As we continue to grow and expand, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities.
You will be supporting individuals with all aspects of daily life, from personal care and administering medication to participating in in-house and community activities. Whether you are currently working in social care or looking to start your career, we would love to hear from you.

Key Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.00 weekdays, £12.10 weekends
- Overtime pay: + £2.50 per hour
- Time and a half or double time for public holidays
- 30 days holiday when you start
- A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
About the Role:
As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our service users, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to thrive.
