Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Promote independence and a sense of well-being among service users
- Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Ability to build strong relationships with service users and their families
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle
