Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injuries
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Support with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (increasing to £12 after successful completion of probation)
- Full specialist training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager
