About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Raglan House, a 25-bed high dependency inpatient rehabilitation hospital for women. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and promoting mental health recovery for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service, ensuring high standards of care and quality
  • Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to further your knowledge and skills
  • Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines
Requirements
  • RMN or RNLD with a current PIN with the NMC
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
  • Good understanding of the latest nursing practices and commitment to patient recovery
  • Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empower and support service user independence
