Job Title: Driver's Mate

Are you looking for a role that involves working with a team to deliver excellent customer service? Do you have a strong communication skillset and enjoy interacting with people? We are currently recruiting for a Driver's Mate to join our team at People Solutions Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Driver's Mate, you will be working as part of a two-person delivery crew, delivering white goods and home furniture to customers' homes.
  • You will be responsible for calling ahead to confirm delivery details while on-route to customers' homes.
  • Once at the customer's home, you will assist the driver in unpacking and placing product into position.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with customers both on the phone and face-to-face.
  • You will need to be physically fit due to the nature of the products you will be lifting.
  • It is essential to be of smart appearance as you will be representing a high-end brand.
  • Random drug and alcohol testing will be conducted by the company.
