Training Officer

As a District Training Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the training landscape within Sja's West. You will work closely with the District Training Lead and other Training Officers to deliver training objectives that support the development of our clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Unit Training Leads to create and implement effective training plans that meet organisational and unit needs.
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment stored at units, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Ensure that unit training resources are sufficient and readily available.
- Manage the unit's training asset registers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Attend training meetings and district leadership meetings as required, providing valuable insights and expertise.
- Support the induction of new Unit Training Leads and the ongoing development of all assigned Unit Training Leads, helping them to excel in their roles.
