Position Overview

Senior Sales Consultant | Private Healthcare

Luxury Real Estate

Compass Associates is a prominent player in the development and management of upscale retirement communities.

With a well-established portfolio comprising nine retirement communities, currently in various stages of development, planning, or operation, our client oversees approximately 900 units with a substantial total sales value.

We are in search of seasoned sales professionals to join our team as Senior Sales Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with High Net Worth Individuals.
  • Generate and qualify leads for new luxury properties.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
  • Stay informed on market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record.
  • Experience in consultative sales methodologies.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
