We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager with a background in RMN/RNLD to lead our clinical team. This role is pivotal in enhancing patient care and ensuring a supportive environment for both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Manager, you will:
- Guide and implement innovative clinical practices to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality clinical and therapeutic care.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management team to execute the hospital's strategic objectives.
- Provide both operational and clinical leadership to support the Hospital Manager.
- Oversee various departments, including psychology, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and social work.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A qualification as a Senior Mental Health Nurse with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex clinical environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information and navigate challenging situations.
- Experience in collaborating with statutory and voluntary organizations.
- A track record of establishing and monitoring high-quality care standards.
- The ability to influence practice and outcomes across professional boundaries.
- Experience in setting therapeutic boundaries with patients displaying challenging behaviors.
- Preferably, experience in similar service areas.
