As part of this team, you will be instrumental in assessing and supporting foster carers who are connected to the child, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and resources.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of potential connected persons foster carers.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to connected persons foster carers.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals involved in the child's care.
- Promoting a family-centered approach to fostering, prioritizing the best interests of the child.
