Universal Metro Asian Services is a Not-For-Profit organization that serves immigrant populations from diverse backgrounds. As a small, family-run organization, we value employees who are flexible, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Homecare Adie and ensure they are following their scheduled program in the Santrax/Sandata Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.
- Monitor the EVV system daily to ensure Homecare Aides are adhering to their schedules.
- Document any schedule or service deviations in the EVV system.
- Review the Monthly Activity Task Report to ensure it aligns with the Plan of Care for each participant.
- Conduct quarterly unannounced visits to Family Homecare Aides.
- Assist with pre-employment and semi-annual trainings as needed.
- Attend meetings, conferences, or job-related presentations as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment preferred.
- Physical exam within the past 6 months.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, flexible, and results-driven.
- Ability to be a productive team member.
We require fluency in Spanish for this role.
The salary for this position is $40,000 per year.
