Position Overview:

In the role of Vulnerability Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Security, playing a vital role in protecting the bank's systems, which encompass data centers, cloud infrastructures, networks, and various operational assets. Your leadership will be essential in identifying vulnerabilities, spearheading remediation initiatives, and ensuring secure configurations throughout the entire technological landscape.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of security strategies, policies, controls, and metrics, ensuring adherence across both Infrastructure and Cloud settings.
  • Manage and facilitate vulnerability management activities across on-premise and cloud-based environments.
  • Support the formulation and implementation of network security protocols, including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) defenses, and traditional firewalls.

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Demonstrated experience in vulnerability management within infrastructure settings.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Qualys or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, micro-segmentation, DDoS mitigation, WAF, and Network Access Control (NAC).
  • Familiarity with open-source security frameworks like OWASP and CVSS.
