- Offer supervision and guidance to support workers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Promote a recovery model that empowers both patients and their families, encouraging active participation in their treatment journey.
- Conduct thorough clinical risk assessments to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved.
