About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Climate Analyst to join our team at MSCI Inc. As a Climate Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in achieving their net-zero goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their investment challenges related to their net-zero journey.
  • Provide support to clients by addressing methodology and data-related queries.
  • Follow agile development and rapid prototyping techniques.
Requirements
  • ~3-5 years of relevant experience in the fields of climate finance or sustainability finance.
  • ~ Experience using climate or sustainability data in investment processes or climate-related reporting.
  • ~ Work experience in cross-functional agile teams.
  • ~ Experience in software development using Python.
  • ~ Greenhouse Gas Protocol, Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials) and sectoral decarbonization approach (SDA) is desirable.
