About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leisure Centre Attendant. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, and supporting our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the centre management team in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the centre runs efficiently.
- Conduct lifeguarding duties to ensure the safety of our customers.
- Provide coverage for reception duties as required.
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Provide first aid when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
- Hold or be working towards an RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
- Be a competent swimmer.
- Have excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
- Be able to obtain a DBS check.
