About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at the Leisure Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of customer care and service delivery is achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out lifeguarding duties and ensure the centre is operational at all times.
  • Assist the Leisure Centre Manager in ensuring the centre is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and support to zero hour lifeguard staff.
  • Deliver swimming lessons as and when required.
  • Support with membership and administration duties.
Requirements
  • Be in possession of or willing to work towards gaining an RLSS NPLQ qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager/Supervisor in the Leisure or hotel industry is desirable.
  • An interest in sports and leisure is essential.
  • Competent swimmer.
  • Ability to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate as part of our vetting process.
