About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at the Leisure Centre in Moreton In Marsh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of customer care and service delivery is achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out lifeguarding duties and ensure the centre is operational at all times.
  • Complete required training and assist the Leisure Centre Manager in ensuring the centre runs smoothly.
  • Provide guidance and support to zero hour lifeguard staff and deliver swimming lessons as and when required.
  • Support with membership and administration duties, including obtaining an enhanced DBS certificate as part of our vetting process.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager/Supervisor, preferably within the Leisure or hotel industry.
  • An interest in sports and leisure, with a competent swimming ability.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
