We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated Postperson with Driving to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers in the Glasgow area.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 26 hours per week, 5 days a week, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. You will be required to work weekends during peak times, but we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54 and overtime paid at 1.25 times the normal rate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong sense of community and pride in your work
  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Physical fitness to walk for long periods and work in all weather conditions
