Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Regional Field Manager to join our team in a leadership role. As a Regional Field Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of five technicians and supporting the aftersales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of five technicians and support with the aftersales process
- Generate quotations for clients and follow up on these to convert into sales
- Carry site inspections to ensure work is being completed to the necessary standard
- Full product training can be provided
- Commission, bonus, car and private healthcare available
Requirements:
- Engineering background
- Experience working in a heavy engineering sector
- Experience organising their own or other people's work and overseeing more junior staff
- Commutable to Chippenham
- Full driving license
