Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert PBS guidance and support
  • Facilitate coaching, training, and mentorship for staff teams
  • Perform individual assessments and create risk management strategies
  • Act as a representative of the PBS support team in various meetings
  • Oversee and evaluate behavioral data

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Health and Social Care
  • Comprehensive understanding of PBS, Human Rights, and Trauma-Informed Care principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Current BACB, NMC, or HCPC accreditation

Candidate Profile:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a CAMHS environment

Educational Background:

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in PBS or a related field
  • Driving License (Preferred)
