An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client, a values-first charity in West London, on an 8-month maternity cover contract with the option to extend

This role involves the day-to-day smooth running of the office, supporting the administration and finance teams, room bookings, maintaining the website and social media, and acting as the first point of contact for the charity.

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the smooth operation of the office
  • Providing administrative support to the administration and finance teams
  • Maintaining the website and social media
  • Booking rooms and managing the office calendar
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the charity

This is an ideal role for an experienced administrator who has worked in a similar position, possibly as a receptionist, an office administrator, or another similar role. You'll receive full training on using Salesforce, Adobe, and Mailchimp, but it will benefit your application if you have some prior knowledge.

The charity is based in a leafy area of London close to great shops, cafes, and restaurants with great routes for a lunchtime walk. The team are close-knit and welcoming, and they are brilliant at welcoming and supporting new staff as they settle into a role.
