About the Role

Sitka Recruitment is seeking a collaborative and customer-focused HR professional to join our experienced and talented HR team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work in a dedicated HR team, supporting approximately 1,000 staff across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional advisory service to managers on a range of HR issues, including the application of HR policies, procedures, and practices covering areas such as:
    • Employee relations and engagement
    • Performance management and development
    • Recruitment and talent management
    • Employee communications and change management
  • Work closely with colleagues and the wider business to deliver a first-class HR service with well-being at its core
  • Support managers and staff by delivering a proactive and responsive HR service
