About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our People Services Team as a People Services Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team to deliver a comprehensive range of people services activities across the Welsh Ambulance Services University NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead accountability for the delivery of a comprehensive range of people services, managing complex caseloads, job evaluation, sickness absence, training, and directing the workload of the People Relations Advisors.
  • Build effective relationships and champion partnership working with Trade Unions and Professional Organisations at every level.
  • Provide highly specialised expert advice to the business on a comprehensive range of people services.
Requirements
  • Significant experience of operational HR issues in a large, complex organisation.
  • Significant employee relations case management experience.
  • Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, or working towards.
