Investor Relations Associate

The Investor Relations Associate will play a crucial role in the Finance organization at Rentokil Initial, supporting the Head of Investor Relations in engaging with investors and analysts. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Finance team to monitor key performance metrics and maintain internal reference materials.
  2. Help address the information needs of investors (UK and international) and research analysts, being reliably responsive in a timely manner.
  3. Contribute to investor targeting initiatives, including tracking the efficacy of the company's investor outreach and engagement efforts.
  4. Track analyst coverage and maintain analyst consensus for reported financial results.
  5. Assist in drafting materials for investor communications, including earnings releases and annual reports.
  6. Support initiatives for investor targeting and engagement, analyzing the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  7. Strong financial acumen with sufficient accounting knowledge to answer analyst questions.
