About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injury to live independently in their own homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injury, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
  • Drive clients to appointments and activities, including gym sessions
  • Support clients with domestic duties and household management
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
