Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our hotels, including external areas, hotel rooms, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and maintain external areas, including car parks, paths, and roadways.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform light garden maintenance and ensure all maintenance work is carried out in line with our Health & Safety policy.
  • Ensure the good working order of all equipment and implement a maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns.
  • Carry out general carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
  • Conduct periodic health and safety checks, including fire safety and risk assessments.
  • Experience in a maintenance environment, with skills in handy trades like carpentry, joinery, plumbing, or electrics.
  • Experience in painting and decorating.
  • Ideal qualification in a relevant trade.
