Fabrum is a pioneering company that has made a name for itself in the field of cryogenics and hydrogen solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled HSEQ Advisor to join our team and help us drive change and establish best practice H&S in both manufacturing and construction environments.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing new H&S and compliance systems for project work, including off-site construction and management of sub-contractors. They will also be responsible for driving a continuous improvement H&S culture across manufacturing, projects, and servicing.
We are looking for someone with strong NZ Health and Safety experience, including setting up and managing H&S for new construction sites. They should also have hands-on experience implementing or improving web-based H&S or Quality systems, including training, tracking, and compliance.
Additional desirable skills include experience with Quality systems and processes, as well as a background in Construction or Oil and Gas. If you have any exposure to engineering and/or manufacturing environments, commissioning or hazardous area experience, or knowledge of Australian H&S practice in construction, that would be a bonus.
About You- Strong NZ Health and Safety experience, including setting up and managing H&S for new construction sites
- Hands-on experience implementing or improving web-based H&S or Quality systems, including training, tracking, and compliance
- Good experience with Quality systems and processes
- Ideally a background in Construction or Oil and Gas
