Technical Sales Manager - Photonics

Headliners Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Technical Sales Manager to join our team, specialising in Photonics.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual to grow into a leadership role within a leading Global organisation. You'll have the chance to shape the future of the Photonics division and contribute to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development from technical design to account management, identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support Field Sales Engineers with new business, product specifications, and closing deals.
  • Lead the development of a sustainable growth plan for Photonics & Imaging products.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong knowledge of Photonics with hands-on design experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management and new business development.
  • Degree in Electronics or related field.
  • Proficient in sales planning, forecasting, and market analysis.
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to meet clients and suppliers.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
