Job Summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of pump component parts to ensure they meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and record component dimensions in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Document and record component deficiencies via our Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system.
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings for dimensional and visual acceptance.
Requirements
  • Ability to use a variety of metrology equipment and experience in a similar environment or industry.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and good communication skills.
  • Time-served in a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent SVQ qualification.
  • Manufacturing experience, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) awareness.
  • Working knowledge of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) processes.

Working Conditions

The work environment is a business office with moderate noise levels. The successful candidate will be able to work in an open-plan office or individual office and sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
