Murray Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and proficient Service Operations Coordinator for a permanent role.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Support Administrator to manage breakdown repairs across multiple contracts, ensuring all tasks are completed within service level agreements (SLAs) while performing essential administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
System Oversight:
Accurately log all breakdowns and maintenance requests into the management system.
Assign tasks to the appropriate technicians based on their expertise, availability, and geographic location.
Client Engagement:
Respond to incoming calls from clients, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
Reorganize follow-up appointments as needed upon receipt of parts, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
Repair Coordination:
Guarantee that all jobs are finalized within specified timeframes, updating necessary information and closing tasks in the system.
Manage incoming correspondence to the service desk, prioritizing and responding as required.
Procurement and Reporting:
Generate purchase orders for necessary parts, materials, and subcontractors.
Deliver regular reports to management and clients, emphasizing key performance indicators and service delivery metrics.
General Administration:
Oversee all aspects of general administration to facilitate smooth business operations.
Foster and maintain effective working relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
Required Skills and Experience
Prior experience in a scheduling, helpdesk, or service desk role is essential.
Proven track record of providing professional customer service in a dynamic environment.
A positive attitude, adaptability, and strong teamwork capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
