Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our team in a private nursing home based in Lurgan. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working days, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Leading and supporting the care team to deliver high-quality care, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participating in staff training and development, staying up-to-date with nursing developments and best practices.
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a nursing home setting.
