- Primary Nursing: Comply with company policy in promoting Primary Nursing principles and practices.
- Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, including Health and Safety and Manual Handling procedures.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with resident families, multidisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders as required.
- Meetings and Training: Attend staff meetings and training sessions as necessary to stay up-to-date with best practices and company policies.
- Professional Development: Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Practice, stay current with nursing developments, and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Appraisal: Participate in staff appraisal processes as applicable.
- NMC Registration: Hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience: Possess previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a private nursing home setting.
