Client Service Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Executive to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a Client Executive, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met through suitable cover and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise effectively with the Account Executive to develop a comprehensive strategy for client relationships, ensuring a seamless renewal process.
- Attend client meetings as necessary, taking notes and actioning meeting points to ensure timely resolution.
- Issue renewal documentation in line with contract certainty, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle all client queries, whether written or verbal, in a professional and courteous manner, processing them effectively in line with service standards.
- Process adjustments in line with procedures, including notification to insurers, issue of revised documentation, and collection of additional premium.
Requirements:
- Excellent level of technical insurance skills, to be assessed by regular in-house testing.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
