Position Overview

Role: Field Service Engineer - Refrigeration Project Supervisor / Project Coordinator

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + company vehicle + pension + overtime + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities

As a Refrigeration Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a dedicated team of engineers to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Driving business growth through effective project estimation and resource procurement.
  • Strategically managing workloads in partnership with clients to meet project deadlines.
Quality Assurance

Ensure compliance with high standards of workmanship and safety regulations, including:

  • Adhering to project-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
  • Fostering positive relationships with clients and managing project timelines effectively.
  • Providing technical support and addressing any project-related challenges.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the refrigeration sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation systems.
  • A full clean UK driving licence.
  • The ability to understand client needs and build long-term professional relationships.
