About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Nursing Associate to join our team at the Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote the physical and mental well-being of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and protocols to ensure best practice.
  • Provide education and training to service users, families, and colleagues on mental health and learning disability topics.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Experience of working in a mental health or learning disability setting.
