About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Aviation division, working on a defence framework with projects ranging from £20m to +£150m. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of airside infrastructure works, including resurfacing, refurbishing, and upgrading lighting systems, substation construction, concrete paving, and drainage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and suppliers
  • Develop and implement safe systems of work
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • Proven technical and project management experience in the built environment
  • Strong organisational and management skills
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and their implementation
  • Ability to produce Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets
  • Detailed knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental issues relevant to the project environment
