Sales Support Coordinator
Monday to Thursday - 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, Friday - 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
1 hour for lunch each day.
Salary: £26,000

LOCATION: RUGBY

Reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager and under the guidance of the Team Leader, this position requires regular interaction with all members of the sales support team, field sales representatives, other office staff, warehouse personnel, and company Directors. Daily communication with numerous distributors, large national corporations, and local family-run businesses is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers via telephone and email, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Processing sales orders and quotations efficiently.
  • Responding to product inquiries, providing information on features, pricing, and availability.
  • Addressing general customer questions and escalating issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Conducting Telesales initiatives aimed at existing clients.
  • Managing daily invoicing tasks.
  • Monitoring urgent orders and communicating any delays promptly.



ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Friendly and collaborative team player.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
