Job Summary:
Vetro Recruitment is seeking an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead a 4-bedded residential care home for children and young people in Burnley. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People and a proven track record of managing a residential care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a 4-bedded residential care home for children and young people aged 11-18
- Support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours
- Work alongside HR to recruit and manage a full-settled staff team
- Collaborate with the Registered Inspector (RI) to ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and achieves positive outcomes for children and young people
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to children and young people
Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to £59,500
- Up to £45,000 basic salary, plus £14,500 in bonuses
