Global Procurement Manager - Packaging

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Global Procurement Manager to lead the company's packaging procurement efforts in its London HQ.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organization that is expanding rapidly throughout the UK and Europe. As a Global Procurement Manager, you will work closely with the global procurement director to develop and implement a mid- and long-term strategy for packaging procurement, aligning with the company's changing business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive packaging procurement strategy, driving innovation and sustainability initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Quality, Sustainability, Marketing, and Finance
  • Travel regularly to various offices and occasionally internationally to meet suppliers and drive strategic sourcing

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in project and change management within packaging procurement
  • Experience working in a multinational procurement environment, driving strategic sourcing methodology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong knowledge of procurement contracts management and strategic sourcing processes
  • Degree education or equivalent work experience
  • MCIPS qualification is highly desirable
