Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled fine jewellery maker to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality fine jewellery, ensuring timely completion of orders, and supporting the smooth operation of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce fine jewellery to the highest standards, using 14ct gold and 18ct gold.
  • Clean up castings and retexture metal.
  • Perform intricate soldering of small components and fine wire working.
  • Resizing rings to a high, accurate standard, both plain bands and gem set rings.
  • Carry out jewellery repairs, retipping, repairing links, and jewellery adjustments.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining a highly organized and flexible approach.

Requirements

  • Experience as a fine jewellery maker, with specific experience in working with 14ct gold and 18ct gold.
  • Highly adept at cleaning up castings and retexturing metal.
  • Extremely accomplished in intricate soldering of small components and fine wire working.
  • Relevant professional experience in resizing rings to a high, accurate standard, both plain bands and gem set rings.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, within tight timeframes, and maintain a highly organized and flexible approach.
